Job Summary
As the Marketing and User Acquisition Specialist, you’ll take the lead in crafting and executing ad campaigns that capture attention and drive conversions. Your primary focus will be on producing compelling multimedia ads for platforms like Facebook, Google Adwords, Snapchat, and TikTok, understanding the nuances of what makes an ad convert. You’ll work directly with the creative team, experimenting with visuals and copy to develop content that aligns with our games and draws in new players.
Job Responsibilities
Craft High-Impact Content
Produce attention-grabbing video and image ads, experimenting with different formats and styles to see what converts best for each network partner. Utilize video editing and post-production tools, including Adobe Premiere and After Effects, for sound editing, animation, and visual effects.
Create and Execute Ad Campaigns
Develop and launch user acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google Adwords, Snapchat, and TikTok, focusing on ad creative that drives installs and engagement.
Analyze and Optimize Performance
Monitor campaign performance through metrics like cost per install (CPI), click-through rate (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
A/B Test Ad Creatives
Conduct A/B tests on visuals, messaging, and targeting strategies to identify the highest-converting combinations and refine your approach continuously.
Research to Stay Ahead of Market Trends
Conduct competitor analysis and keep up with the latest trends in digital advertising, mobile gaming, and user acquisition; applying insights to enhance campaign strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Budget Management
Take charge of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the best possible ROI.
Build Strategic Partnerships
Collaborate with key industry players, agencies, and vendors like Google, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok to form relationships that enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.

Required Skills

Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, user acquisition, or content creation, with a proven track record of successful campaigns for mobile games or apps.

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords etc.; and video-editing software like Adobe Premiere, After Effects etc. Familiarity with Figma is a big plus.

Creative Insight: Deep understanding of multimedia content creation, with a knack for crafting ad visuals that resonate and convert.
